OUR CAMPAIGNS

CPA builds progressive power at the local, state, and national levels.

Local: CPA works in several cities, from Fort Collins down to Pueblo, on a range of issues including fighting for economic justice and opposing racial profiling and police brutality. We also work to build power in communities by organizing year-round civic engagement campaigns as well as voter education and turnout during local, state, and national elections.

State: At the state legislature CPA pushes for election reform that both dismantles barriers to voting and expands access and accountability. CPA is also active on other legislation relating to social justice issues.

National: CPA is currently an active member of several national progressive campaigns to make sure we: keep Congress accountable to low and middle income families, have a federal budget which reflects our values and meet the needs of children and families, end the war in Iraq, and ensure we have accessible and affordable health care for all.
